It is sure hard to develop a habit, that is a good habit. I really want to walk or bike every day in the morning. I started Wednesday. Wednesday and Thursday I rode the bike 4 miles. Today I walked 2 miles but I did not want to. Its going to be a job to turn a "I need to" into "I want to" Just have to keep on working. I need to find more pictures of Karly to put with my post
