Mom amazes me daily.  Sometimes its hard to imagine just how sick she is.  She continues to Smile, talk, tell stories and enjoy family and friends.  Saturday after breakfast  we started  watching a DVD Church service.  The nausea comes on Mom real fast.  All of a sudden she got up and started quickly walking out of the room.  Fortunately when she is going to be sick she has just a little warning and then its over.  Her stomach settles right down and she is "ok".  Watching a dvd works a lot better for us than trying to Stream a live service.  The buffering just takes all the joy our of watching when we try to live stream. We can also stop the dvd at any point.  We have to be careful with our visits.  There can be too much family which is easy to fix but there can also be too little.  Mom so loves family and friends.  Jack and I just need to stay on top of where mom is at the time.  Later today we need to try to get some pictures of Mom with all her grand kids and great grand kids.   Can only wish we had taken the pictures sooner.  I do want the pictures so GeGe's great grand kids can see a picture of them with Mom, a true picture of love.  The Hospice nurse came Sunday.  Where the tube comes out of Mom's side there is some redness and a little tenderness.  He suggested that we use an antibiotic ointment and change the dressing 2 or 3 times a day.

Mom's taster has and continues to change.  It seems that most sweets are way to sweet.  A little of any food goes a long way.  Sunday my kids planned a special day for Chris, Rob and myself.  It was brunch in the morning and BBQ in the afternoon.  My house was fool and we were able to have grandma back a couple times to laugh and smile with us.  We also planned a little Birthday celebration for Mom.  All of her kids, Grandkids, Grand Kids Husbands and boy friends and great grand kids were there.  The only one missing was Kenny.  Its so hard to think that we have so little time left.
